To comply with the Community Association by-laws and in order to ensure the enjoyment of all, there are a number of policies and procedures for the Country Club.

Breakfast Point Country Club is managed by the community. All profits are put back into the community to better the club facilities and services.

Country Club Rules »
The Country Club and other venues have been provided for the enjoyment and relaxation of members and their guests. To ensure that your visit and that of others is a pleasant and memorable experience, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.

Venue Hire Policy »
Community Association DP 270347 offers venues, activities and commercial space for rent or hire for a specific time or period. The purpose of this policy is to identify these venues, commercial spaces or activities and outline their terms of use

Admin Building Waiver Form »
Special interest groups wishing to hold a meeting or event that serves alcohol must submit an Administration Building Waiver Form to the Club Manager.

BBQ Booking Form »
The BBQ area is seen as an extension of a residents’ outdoor balcony and/or outdoor recreational area. The BBQ area is to allow residents to cook and entertain friends and family in an informal environment.

Country Club Privacy Policy »
This policy outlines how Breakfast Point Country Club, an entity of Community Association DP 270347 collects, uses, keeps secure and discloses personal information. It also acknowledges that individuals have a right to know what information an organisation holds on them together with a right to correcting that information if it is inaccurate.

Country Club Access »
To ensure the security FOBs issued to a residential building coming online in DP270347 are compatible with the Breakfast Point Country Club. Ensuring the purchasing property owner can minimize the number of FOBs needed for easy and secure access into their residential building and the Country Club.

Country Club Charter »
The Breakfast Point Community Association DP 270347 has established sub-committees to support the Executive Committee. This Charter provides the framework for the operation and conduct of the Country Club Sub-Committee (CCSC).

Country Club Extension Plans, Documentation and Updates

Information relating to the Country Club Extensions have been placed in the Community Association section of the website, behind the Members Login area.  If you have not registered for the website, please do so now by visiting https://breakfastpoint.org.au/register/  

The Pool Kiosk is open weekends between 11.00 am - 6.00 pm. Relax by the pool and purchase drinks, snacks and ice-creams. This service is available from Saturday, 6 January - 31 March 2018. Enjoy!

Summer Sunday Sessions will be commencing from Sunday, 7 January through to Sunday, 25 March 2018. They will held from 3.00 - 6.00 pm. Alex Roussos will be performing live on the first and third Sundays, while a DJ will be pumping out the tunes...
