Main: Grain fed beef sirloin with crushed herbed potatoes, buttered green bean and mushroom gravy.
Dessert: Panna cotta passionfruit with cinnamon berry compote
Vegetarian Option: Wild mushroom risotto.
Main: Oven Roast Salmon and saffron poached baby potato with saffron mayonnaise, shallot, spinach and lemon
Dessert: Assorted petit four
Vegetarian Option: Seasonal vegetable pappardelle with Napolitano sauce.
Main: Crispy Skin Pork Belly with apple coleslaw salad with red wine jus
Dessert: Salted caramel opera cake
Vegetarian Option: Potato gnocchi with basil pesto cream sauce and pecorino cheese.
