Important Notice

Due to the Country Club closing for the extensions there will NOT be any further Friday Night Member Dinners held after May 2019.  Re-opening details will be advertised later in the year.

 

 

Please find menus following menus for April/May:

 

19 April

Main – choice of:

  • Braised Lamb Shank with leek and green pea mash potatoes and asparagus GF
  • Grilled Octopus Potato Salad with lemon GF

Dessert:  Passionfruit Chocolate Tower with chocolate mousse, chocolate brownie and a passionfruit cream dome

Vegetarian:  Pumpkin Risotto with feta cheese and spinach.

 

26 April

Main – choice of:

  • Pan-fried Barramundi with avocado salad and lemon butter sauce GF
  • Confit Duck with semi-dried tomato, blue cheese, pear, walnut, parmesan cheese and rocket salad with aged balsamic dressing GF

Dessert:  Apple tar tartin with vanilla ice cream

Vegetarian:  Chargrilled Vegetable Stack Sandwiches on grilled sourdough with grilled haloumi and potato wedge.

 

3 May

Main – choice of:

  • Char-grilled Beef Fillet with mashed potato, broccolini, baby carrots and red wine jus GF
  • Grilled Chicken Breast with mashed potato, broccolini, baby carrots and white wine cream sauce GF

Dessert:  Raspberry Lychee White Chocolate

Vegetarian:  Risotto with peas, broad beans and shaved parmesan cheese

 

Main meals are $25.00. 
Desserts are $7.50.
