22 June

Main:  Six Hour Slow Cooked Pulled Lamb with mixed dried fruit and nuts couscous salad GF

Dessert:  Assorted Petit Fours

Vegetarian:  Spinach, Feta Cheese and Tomato Frittata with tomato relish, rocket and pear salad. GF

 

29 June

Main:  Crispy Skin Salmon with ratatouille and chargrilled lemon with chimichurri sauce GF

Dessert:  Caramelised Lemon Curd Tart

Vegetarian:  Basil Pesto Cream Penne Pasta with toasted walnut and parmesan cheese.

 

6 July

Main:  Grain fed YG Beef Casserole with mash potato GF

Dessert:  Flourless Hazelnut Mousse  GF

Vegetarian:  Wild Mushroom Risotto with parmesan cheese. GF

 

13 July

Main:  Pan Fried Barramundi and Crisp Kumara Chips with orange, almond and green bean salad GF

Dessert:  Flourless Orange Lime Pistachio Cake GF

Vegetarian:  Roast Vegetable Salad with parmesan cheese. GF
