24 August

Main:  Six Hour Slow Cooked Confit Pork Cutlet with potato mash and apple coleslaw salad with red wine jus. GF

Dessert:  Salted Caramel Opera Cake

Vegetarian:  Potato Gnocchi with basil pesto cream sauce and pecorino cheese.

 

31 August

Main:  Char Grilled Thai Chicken Fillet
with stir fry Thai vegetables and steamed rice. GF

Dessert:  Homemade Brulee with balsamic strawberry salad with biscotti

Vegetarian:  Baked Cauliflower Risotto with sage and toasted walnut.

 

7 September

Main:  Beef Stroganoff with roasted baby potatoes and seasonal steamed vegetables. GF

Dessert:  Pavlova with whipped cream and berry compote

Vegetarian:  Seasonal Vegetable Stack, Grilled Haloumi with eggplant dip and aged balsamic.

 

14 September

Main:  Panfry Barramundi with vegetable stew, soy and ginger sauce. GF

Dessert:  Homemade Apple Crumble with vanilla ice cream

Vegetarian:  Spinach and Ricotta Ravioli with parmesan cheese and rocket.
